The platform empowers users to manage AI programs effectively across three distinct roles. Users actively engage with dashboards, initiate capability reviews, and provide comments. Cognitive Program Managers (CPMs) take charge of program artifacts, rigorously track AI lifecycle stages, connect data sources seamlessly, and assign tasks efficiently. Company Administrators assert control over integrations, configure essential organizational elements, and monitor expenses and resource usage diligently. Key entities consist of accounts associated with companies and Business Organizations (such as Legal and HR), each overseeing multiple Cognitive Programs. These programs encompass critical aspects like data readiness, capabilities, budgets, and security reviews, progressing through clearly defined pipelines to optimize collaboration, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.
The platform made it easier for users to manage AI programs by simplifying complex tasks and improving overall efficiency. The user-friendly design increased satisfaction and made navigating the platform smoother. It streamlined program management, reducing the time spent on setup and adjustments, while also enhancing the overall experience for users. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and fully aligned with user needs.
